
LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
I am retired from the Illinois State Police, with twenty-seven years service, thirteen years of which was in the Division of Criminal Investigation. I have a total of over thirty-three years in law enforcement.
I am now a professor of Criminal Justice at Illinois Central College. As part of the college’s Crime Scene Investigation program, I instruct students in the basic concepts of questioned document examination.
I have been trained by the U.S. Secret Service in Questioned Document Examination, completed a training program under Andrew Bradley, an accomplished questioned document examiner, and have attended numerous seminars as a means of maintaining in-service training. I have testified in court in numerous questioned document cases.
